My physical change through sport and reasons

When I was little, my grandfather taught me how essential it is to do sport to stay healthy and strong, and he taught me to play football. I spent an entire summer training with him, running, jumping, kicking, passing, stopping balls..

I will always remember this summer, I marked for life, since everything followed changed school, and was very lonely, and from not going out with anyone, that I began to eat uncontrollably, because at that time he weighed less than the median of my age and had to eat the same.

My weight reached about 90 kg by the end of 3rd ESO, but even so was playing football for fun. About a year ago, I decided to lose weight, but in an exaggerated way, and to stop eating for the death of my grandmother and it affected me so stop eating, suddenly.. 

It took more than two months, at the time I was studying in Figueres, just ate by the incident affected me so, since one of the key pieces of my family was gone in the blink of an eye .. With that folly what I did, I lost 9 kg and my family did not like him to do that .. I went back to eating normally, a month later, when he had already assimilated quite well ..

I started to do sport seriously, to lose weight and look better so once and for all, with all that effort to stop eating all the junk food in all his years in life, make healthy diet and try to eat as much vegetable possible, I lost weight 10 kg more, but.. in August 2015.. My grandfather, who trained me with all his enthusiasm football, and other various sports.. He died without I could see him one last time and tell him everything felt for him.

This time, I listened to my grandfather, in the last sentence which said "Raul, do not let anything or anyone stop you from doing what you feel like to you, you have to be strong, promise to me." I remember every day of that sentence, and decided before coming to school again, slimming everything I could, and others lost weight 6kg. Presently weight 63,7kg. 

I like what I saw my grandfather now, not only as I am, if not see how I ignored his promise, the last famous phrase from my grandfather to me.

My life with the videoconsoles

I've been playing video games from 5 years old, when my uncle decided to give me for my birthday the Super Nintendo 64, with all those video games for me mythical, how can the great Italian Mario Bros, the blue hedgehog Sonic, the gentleman Link rescuing Zelda and many more games which I have come to play.

Three years later, my uncle came to give me another console, which was with her for six years, PlayStation 2, I loved by all kinds of different games and variety with so many hours of fun spent on that console. I had many games of this console, which came to happen all in those six years.

Presently, I have the PlayStation 4, and dedicate myself to play sports games like FIFA saga, which is the most I've played in my life, Dragon Ball; my favorite animated series of all time, and occasional fighting game like Mortal Kombat, etc...

My free time

Spanish people have many hobbies. Older people enjoy gardening, repairing cars and play cards. For young people, there are various clubs of football, basketball, and handbol because are the sports most played in this country. They also play musical instruments, computers, listening music and differents things.

In my case, it's very similar at the young people of this country, but, I usually listen to music lock myself more which go outside, since I'm more comfortable with myself. I usually exercise with my friends, so keep losing weight.

In my free time, I like be with my friends, talking about everything that happens to us every day, laugh at stupid things that only we understand, in short, have fun. 

Animals

I have different tastes, sometimes somewhat rare, but of which is the love of animals. When I was little I became interested in pets, and what could take care of myself in my own home or that of a family member.

When I started my love for animals, I have dedicated to "rescue" strays, and what to see him and were living a bad life and urgently needed a home. With 5 years old, my parents took me to Barcelona to see a dog, called Duna, which I had grown attached to it by a picture we had of it. The people who had it in his own house, had found that dog, so little old and so weak, and I insisted my mother to adopt her.

Finally, we adopt, and today she is still with us after 11 years. Three years ago, surfing the Internet and decided to get on a Facebook announcement, which was a kennel near my house, and I insisted my mother going to see these animals as they could not see those animals as evil..

When I got there, all the animals pulled me over to lick me, as if all they shouted from the rooftops what they wanted out of there as soon as possible .. But .. I watched a dog, her name is Blacky, there at the bottom, marginalized, afraid all, and I went, I was watching me and she was very scared, I decided to get closer and caress her and she took my confidence at the first moment.

I myself agreed to pay all his immunizations, no problem, but I wanted to get that poor marginalized dog about 3 months, which had been abused based lashes, cigarette burns and beatings... Could not stand all the anger on It happened, so I promised to take her at the same moment...

I would like in the not too distant future, help all those unfortunate animals that have been abandoned by stupid and ignorant families who have not wanted to take care of these poor creatures, and really, all this, I can not stand.

The music

Music, in general, for me, is something creative, with much imagination, rhythm and sound, which has scored well give me little, and I still ticking now, every day. All that "feeling" comes from when I was saddened by the death of a loved one, you have had a bad day, or when I was happy to have approved school subjects, have received good news on a topic that interested me completely go with my family to new places I never imagined going ...

I usually listen to different artists with different genres such as Eminem, Jason Derulo, Maroon 5, Mana, Bruno Mars, Avicii, Hardwell and many more artists I've heard in my lifetime, and so to speak, I have come to mark much in memory.
